Take a few moments to consider people, places, things which call to mind feelings of happiness:

Utilize your list as a starting point to create an inner environment. Allow yourself to be detailed in your creation. Let’s create this through our senses:

1. Sight: Invite yourself to see every detail in this place. Notice the lighting, the colors.


2. Sound: What sounds do you hear? Where are they? How loud are they?


3. Smell: Notice the scents in the air.


4. Taste: What do you taste? Is your mouth dry or refreshed?


5. Touch: What do you feel? Awareness to all parts of you


6. Energy: Notice now the position or movement of your body in this environment. What emotions are you present? What is your breathing like? Do any other words or phrases come to mind?
